Built on the site of an old dry dock, Peppers Seaport Hotel's building design through to interiors are reflective of its nautical ties. The decor is contemporary using soft, light colour, natural timbers and chromes. 

Throughout the public areas, black and white photos of Launceston harbour are featured adding a touch of history to this modern building.
